The SIDCER Secretariat

          The Secretariat is the operational arm of SIDCER. It consists of a Project Manager, a Project Coordinator, a Development Officer, and a Secretary. The Fora Representatives to the Steering Committee propose the criteria and job descriptions for the selection of the Project’s four staff members.
